Justin has been in the Branches family from the beginning. From a young man with very limited abilities, he now has a life filled with experiences and community activities. The caring staff have guided him from a frustrated, self harming young adult, to a co-operative, well contented man. I love the fact that his family is included in house activities and communication is first class. Staff devote so much of their time to the welfare of the clients and go well beyond the call of duty! I can honestly say that both of our lives have changed dramatically and for the better. I can’t thank you enough Branches.

Almost ten years ago we were searching for a suitable in home support service to accommodate my son’s special needs. After speaking to several different organisations we were introduced to Branches Lifestyle Support and were impressed with their enthusiastic attitude and approach.

Initially my son went out with the same carer every Wednesday and was slowly introduced to learning new skills which involved travelling independently to part time work, cooking, shopping etc. A Branches staff member introduced him to the joy of performing with the Qld Musical Theatre Company and other staff have encouraged him to participate in sport – Gym work, Noosa Triathlon, Bridge to Brisbane etc.

Twenty months ago my son, now 45, moved out of home to live in a new Branches house with two other young men and there is never a dull moment for them. They are always out and about with their individual and group activities. They are cared for by a personal, well-planned “Branches” organisation and efficient, happy and caring staff. “The boys” have bonded very well because of this.

The family have constant contact and home visits and it is a huge relief to our family to know he is in safe hands.

I would like to thank you & all the staff at Branches for their very good care of Jeremy. As Nan of Jeremy you are always willing to let Jeremy be involved in family dinners & other get togethers which is very much appreciated. Jeremy is well presented & happy living in the care of Branches the staff are so caring & loving towards him. This living arrangement works so well.
